Assistant Technical Director (Full Time)

More To Show is looking for an Assistant Technical Director!
Are you passionate about project development and eager to interact with the entertainment industry, luxury, fashion, retail, and architectural sectors? More To Show is seeking a new team member to join our Brussels office!
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish with the guidance of our team.
- Coordinate and oversee supplier and client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork while managing crew members to deliver exceptional results.
- Create professional presentations and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Advise clients on solutions and ensure project goals are met.
- Manage budgets, quotes, and project finances effectively.
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in French is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is also required, and knowledge of Dutch or other EU languages is advantageous.
- Proven experience in supplier, client, and crew management within the entertainment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge is crucial; you should be comfortable switching between sound, light, and video.
- Patience is key, as you'll often need to explain basic concepts to clients who may not understand the technical details(sometimes more than once).
- While knowledge of CAD software (such as Vectorworks) is not mandatory, it is a significant plus that can enhance your contribution.
- You are client-oriented and eager to solve problems with professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license and work permit for Belgium are necessary.
- You enjoy traveling abroad and thrive in an office environment.
- You are driven by the thrill of a project and do not seek regular working hours
